• troubleshooting steps

To determine if the control box is faulty, follow these steps:

1、Check if the power outlet has electricity, and if the plug is damaged or loose.

2、Check if the power adapter indicator light is on. If it is not on, inspect whether the 8-shaped plug of the power cord is loose or not inserted properly.

3、If after following the above two steps, the power indicator light still does not illuminate, please contact customer service to replace the power adapter. If the power indicator light is on but the display screen remains dark, check if the indicator light on the control box is flashing red.

4、If the indicator light on the control box is not on, please check if the power cord's 01 plug is loose or not inserted properly.

5、If after the above checks, the display screen still does not light up, please contact customer service to replace the control box.
