Note: The control panel has seven operable buttons, hence it is called the seven-button controller.

• troubleshooting steps

Make sure the desk is level. If it is, do this:

Unplug the power and wait 10 seconds.
Press and hold both the up and down buttons.
While holding the buttons, plug the power back in.
Wait a few seconds until you hear a "beep." After that, the desk is good to go!

To determine if the control box is faulty, follow these steps:

1、If you notice the tabletop tilting, record a video of the issue and contact customer support for help.

2、If the tabletop is not tilted, perform a position reset.

3、After going through these two steps, if the problem persists, reach out to customer support to get a replacement control box.
