Note: The control panel has seven buttons that can be used, and they are all embedded in the countertop, which is why it's called a seven-key embedded hand controller.

The display shows an E14 or E24 error code.

• troubleshooting steps

1、Swap the connection cable between the leg and the control box.

2、If the error code changes after you swap the connections, you’ll need to replace the leg. For example, if it originally showed “E14” and then changes to “E24” (or the other way around), that indicates a problem. E14 is linked to the M1 port, and E24 is linked to the M2 port.

3、If the error code stays the same after the swap, you’ll need to replace the control box. For instance, if it still shows “E14” after you’ve switched the connections, then it’s time for a new control box.
