Note: The control panel has seven buttons that can be used, and they are all embedded in the countertop, which is why it's called a seven-key embedded hand controller.

The display shows an E12 or E23 error code.

• troubleshooting steps

1、Swap the connection cables between the table legs and the control box.

2、If the error code changes after swapping, you'll need to replace the table leg; for example, if it originally showed 'E13' and then changes to 'E23' after the swap, or vice versa. E13 corresponds to the M1 port, and E23 corresponds to the M2 port.

3、If the error code stays the same after swapping, then you should replace the control box; for example, if it still shows 'E13' after the swap.
