The display shows either an E13 or E23 code.

• troubleshooting steps

To figure out if the problem is with the controller or the height-adjustable legs:

1、Swap the connection cable between the legs and the control box.

2、If the error code changes after you swap them, you’ll need to replace the legs. For example, if it originally shows “E13” and then changes to “E23” (or vice versa), that indicates an issue. E13 is linked to the M1 port, and E23 is linked to the M2 port.

3、If the error code stays the same after the swap, then you should replace the control box. For instance, if it still shows “E13” after swapping the cables, it’s time for a new control box.
