Note: The control panel has six operable buttons, hence it is called the six-button controller.

The display shows either an E15 or E25 code.

• troubleshooting steps

To figure out if the problem is with the controller or the height-adjustable legs:

1、Swap the connection cable between the legs and the control box.

2、If the error code changes after the swap, you need to replace the legs. For example, if it originally shows “E15” and then changes to “E25” (or vice versa), that indicates an issue. E15 is for the M1 port, and E25 is for the M2 port.

3、If the error code stays the same after swapping, then you should replace the control box. For instance, if it still shows “E15” after the swap, it’s time for a new control box.
