Note: The control panel has seven buttons that can be used, and they are all embedded in the countertop, which is why it's called a seven-key embedded hand controller.

The display shows three identical numbers or symbols, like 888 or - - -. See the image below.

• troubleshooting steps

1、We need to replace the hand controller with the part number 610-02-0064. Here's a picture of the actual item.

2、Once the customer receives the item shown above, they should try replacing the cable to see if it resolves the issue.

3、If replacing the cable doesn’t fix the display showing 888, then we’ll need to replace the hand controller as well.
