Note: The control panel has six operable buttons, hence it is called the six-button controller.

The display shows either an E14 or E24 code.

• troubleshooting steps

To determine if the issue is with the controller or the height-adjustable legs:

1、Swap the connection cable between the legs and the control box.

2、If the error code changes after the swap, you’ll need to replace the legs. For example, if it originally shows “E14” and then changes to “E24” (or vice versa), that means there’s a problem. E14 is linked to the M1 port, and E24 is linked to the M2 port.

3、If the error code stays the same after swapping, then you should replace the control box. For instance, if it still shows “E14” after the swap, it’s time for a new control box.
