• troubleshooting steps

To figure out if the issue is with the control box or the height-adjustable legs, do the following:

1、Swap the connections between the legs and the control box.

2、If the error code changes after the swap (for example, from "E01" to "E02" or vice versa), you'll need to replace the legs. The specific leg issues for each error code are shown in the image below.

3、If the error code doesn’t change after the swap (for example, it stays "E01"), then you should replace the control box.
