To determine if the problem is with the control box or the height-adjustable legs, follow these steps:
1、If there are heavy objects on the desk, remove them and see if that solves the issue.
2、If removing the weight doesn’t help, swap the connections between the legs and the control box.

3、If the error code changes after swapping (for example, going from "E03" to "E04" or vice versa), you’ll need to replace the legs. The specific leg issues for each error code are shown in the image below.

4、If the error code doesn’t change after the swap (for example, it stays "E03"), then you should replace the control box.
